A: Our phones are answered 24 hours a day. Please call our main number and you will be directed as to how to contact the appropriate staff person.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes, we accept most long-term care insurance plans. We also work with many workers' compensation carriers if needed.
Q: What if I have a short notice for care?
A: No problem. In most cases, we can respond to a request for services quickly.
Q: Can I make changes in the initial schedule?
A: Absolutely! Just call the office and inform us of the change that you need.
Q: Do the caregivers provide transportation services?
A: Yes, we allow our caregivers to transport our clients.
Q: What screening do you do before the caregiver is placed on your staff?
A: They go through a thorough screening which includes personal references, work references, drug tests, license or certification verification and a criminal background check.
Q: Will the same caregiver be assigned to me?
A: Our priority is to provide continuity of care. For 7 day-a-week care, we typically have to use more than one caregiver, due to the amount of hours of care being provided.
Q: Can the caregiver do any housekeeping and laundry?
A: Our caregivers do light housekeeping and laundry.

A: Yes, it is the law that we protect your privacy and confidentiality.
