    A: Our phones are answered 24 hours a day. Please call our main number, and you will be directed as to how to contact the appropriate staff person.

  • Q: Do you accept insurance?

    A: Yes, we accept most long-term care insurance plans. We also work with many workers' compensation carriers if needed.

  • Q: What if I have a short notice for care?

    A: No problem. In most cases, we can respond to a request for services quickly.

  • Q: Can I make changes in the initial schedule?

    A: Absolutely! Just call the office to inform us of the change that you need.

    A: Yes, we allow our caregivers to transport our clients.

  • Q: What screening do you do before the caregiver is placed on your staff?

    A: Our priority is to provide continuity of care. For seven-day-a-week care, we typically have to use more than one caregiver due to the amount of hours of care being provided.
